Pavan Floral is owned by Brie Walter, a California florist with an eye for artistic designs and a European-inspired aesthetic. We are not a flower shop — we are a floral studio, which means we customize every order per client, and every flower is bought fresh for each event. Having worked in the wedding industry for 14 years, Brie draws on European beauty — painting, sculpture, literature, landscape, architecture, and music — filling in the negative space so each arrangement becomes its own tiny sculpture. The name Pavan comes from a Spanish Renaissance dance, and from Ravel's Pavane pour une infante défunte; every arrangement is slightly different, allowing the flowers to move in their natural state — a dance of their own.
